Terms of Service
Updated 23 October 2026 · Version pre-release-2026-10-23
These terms describe Fate Infinite: Portal Defense, a private pre-release game published under the Fate Infinite developer name, and any account or purchase features actually enabled in your build. Crystal checkout is not currently publicly available. Clauses about a future product apply only when that product is offered with its displayed conditions; this page does not make an unavailable feature available.
The game and your account
You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and the applicable app-store terms. The game, artwork and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Ordinary campaign play is available offline. Online account, purchase and recovery features require connectivity. A guest account may be created automatically when you connect. If the game offers account linking, use an account you control and protect its sign-in credentials. Do not share credentials, sell accounts, impersonate another person or use another person's payment method without authorization.
Device-local progress and an online account are different. Clearing application storage or uninstalling can remove local progress and access to an unlinked guest account. Any offered cloud backup or recovery has the scope described in the game; linking a sign-in method does not by itself promise automatic synchronization of every device's progress.
Purchases, crystals and timed benefits
Purchases are optional. The Shop and store checkout describe the product, price, currency, quantity, bonus conditions and any duration before you confirm payment. Store checkout processes the payment. Our game does not ask you to enter payment-card numbers or security codes.
If offered, purchased crystals and other game benefits are for use within this game. They are account-bound and are not transferable, redeemable for money or usable as a payment method outside the game. Crystal transactions will require connectivity, and the server will determine the available balance and whether an action can be completed. Device-local copies and ordinary progress backups do not establish ownership of paid value.
First-purchase offers apply only to the eligible pack and account described in the offer. A bonus is granted with its qualifying purchase, once under the displayed conditions; repeating a request, reinstalling or recovering an account does not grant that purchase again. Any effect of a refund on the bonus and later eligibility will be stated in the offer.
For a fixed-duration pass, the offer must state when the duration starts and how overlapping purchases are treated. Do not assume that reopening the game or restoring a purchase restarts its duration.
Interrupted purchases and support
If payment succeeds but delivery is interrupted, the game checks the store and server again when connected and retains the purchase information needed for recovery. Do not buy the same item again merely to recover an already paid order. A temporary processing message does not mean that another payment is required.
If the benefit remains missing or the displayed status appears wrong, contact support with the game version, product and store order reference. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, security codes or sign-in tokens. We may ask for enough information to locate and verify the order without asking for unnecessary financial information.
Refunds and corresponding game adjustments
Google Play purchases are subject to Google's refund process and applicable refund rights. You can request help through the store or our support address. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law or the store's terms.
When a purchase is refunded, revoked or charged back, we may remove the corresponding game benefit and any bonus attached to that purchase. A refunded timed pass loses that purchase's remaining entitlement. A refund of one order does not cancel another valid order or remove unrelated earned benefits.
For a future currency product, if refunded currency has already been spent, an adjustment may leave an amount owed in that game currency. The product will explain the adjustment and available ways to resolve it before checkout is enabled. Premium spending may be restricted while the adjustment is unresolved. Any effect of later earned or purchased credits will be explained before you make another purchase; an ordinary refund does not automatically require a cash repurchase or permanently delete your account.
We reconcile store-confirmed purchase changes when they reach the available service. Independent processing while the app stays closed is being prepared; it is not a feature promised by the current private test. A store-issued refund is distinct from a refund request that has not been approved. Connectivity problems alone do not automatically issue a cash refund, and we do not treat a cancelled unpaid checkout or our own processing failure as proof of refund abuse.
Fair use and restrictions
Do not use stolen payment methods, deliberately obtain benefits through false purchase evidence, exploit duplicate delivery, or coordinate payment/refund abuse. We may investigate relevant transaction history and apply proportionate restrictions to protect accounts and the game. A refund notification or a high count alone does not automatically establish deliberate misconduct.
For repeated deliberate abuse, restrictions may become more serious, including suspension or loss of access where appropriate. Where feasible, we will explain the reason and provide a support route to challenge a mistaken adjustment or restriction. Ordinary refund processing is separate from a permanent account-deletion decision.
Privacy, deletion and changes
The Privacy Policy explains account, purchase, refund and security records, their use and retention, and how to request account deletion. Deleting local app data does not itself submit a server account-deletion request. Necessary retained transaction evidence is handled under that policy and applicable obligations.
We may update these terms as features or requirements change. The game and public terms page will identify the current version and update date. We will bring material changes to your attention and request acceptance where required. A new terms version will not be used to withhold recovery of an already accepted purchase or access to applicable refund/support routes.
When the game asks you to accept these terms, use the normal agreement control after reviewing them. The agreement covers the game and its purchase rules together; each purchase still requires the store's separate payment confirmation. Publishing this page does not mean that a player has already accepted an in-game agreement.
